If you are going to be resident in the area for three months or more you should register with the Practice. All newly registered patients will be asked to fill in a questionnaire and to meet the Practice Nurse for a check up. This lets us know your health needs and gives us a chance to answer any queries you might have.
Temporary Patients
If you are going to be resident here for less than three months and require treatment you will be asked to register as a patient on a temporary basis.
